What platform do your servers run on?

All our servers for our shared and reseller hosting offerings are Linux servers running CentOS. New customers are setup on top of the line Dual 3.0+ Ghz Xeons, with 4+ GB of memory. They all are running a RAID 1 configuration with SCSI hard drives.
